1. Can I buy Soaprise® products directly from Soap LabsTM?
We apologize, but Soaprise® products are
no longer available for purchase.
2. Will you be offering a “antibacterial” soap?
We currently do not have plans to develop an "antibacterial" soap based on commonly used formulations. There is a recent movement to eliminate chemicals that kill bacteria on contact. A growing body of research suggests that widespread use of these products helps breed drug-resistant bacteria. Soap LabsTM feels that when our standard "triclosan free" soap formulations are used with washing for at least 15 seconds, bacteria can be removed from the skin and safely rinsed away without using additional chemicals. Due to concerns from parents about the high concentration of alcohol in these products we do not have plans to come out with an alcohol-based hand wash. Top
Product Questions
1. Why don’t the lights come on when I press the pump half-way down?
Press the pump all the way down until it bottoms out so that an adequate amount of soap for washing will dispense. This will turn on the lights. If the lights do not come on, you’re not dispensing enough soap. Top
